Effective for all invoices issued by CresWorld Talent LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company.
All invoices issued by CresWorld Talent LLC are due and payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date ("Due Date"), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Payment is accepted via check, ACH/bank transfer, or other methods as indicated on the invoice.
CresWorld Talent LLC reserves the right to assess a late payment fee of three percent (3%) of the outstanding invoice balance for any payment not received by the Due Date. This fee may be applied per billing cycle (monthly) until the balance is paid in full. CresWorld Talent LLC reserves the right to waive this fee at its sole discretion.
All invoices are issued following the delivery of services. By remitting payment, the client acknowledges that the services described on the invoice have been received and accepts the associated charges. Any disputes regarding invoiced services must be submitted in writing to CresWorld Talent LLC within ten (10) days of the invoice date.
If a client disputes any portion of an invoice, the client must notify CresWorld Talent LLC in writing within ten (10) days of the invoice date, clearly identifying the disputed amount and the basis for the dispute. Undisputed portions of the invoice remain due and payable by the Due Date. CresWorld Talent LLC will work in good faith to resolve any billing disputes in a timely manner.
In the event a payment is returned or rejected due to insufficient funds or any other reason, CresWorld Talent LLC reserves the right to assess a returned payment fee of $35.00. The original invoice balance, along with any applicable late fees and the returned payment fee, will become immediately due and payable.
In the event that CresWorld Talent LLC must pursue collection of any unpaid balance, the client agrees to be responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including but not limited to attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Carolina.
CresWorld Talent LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to all invoices issued after the date of modification.
